United States: Estimated Delivery in 4-8 business days

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customers responsibility. ELORA Beauty does not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements. 

PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY

All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. ELORA Beauty may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please contact us immediately at info@buyelora.com to see if we are able to make an adjustments to your order. If the order has not been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
